5. Third-Party AI Services
When you consent to AI processing, your video content is analyzed by the following third-party AI services:
Google Gemini AI (Google LLC)
- Data received: Video frames extracted from your uploaded videos
- Purpose: Visual AI analysis to identify scenes, subjects, and key moments
- Retention: Processed in real-time; not retained after processing
- Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
OpenAI Whisper via Replicate (Replicate, Inc.)
- Data received: Audio tracks extracted from your videos
- Purpose: Speech-to-text transcription for subtitles and captions
- Retention: Audio is immediately discarded after processing

Your videos are processed solely to provide the editing service and are not used for training AI models or shared for advertising purposes.
6. Consent and AI Processing
Before your video content is sent to AI services, you will be asked to provide explicit consent through a detailed consent dialog. You may:
- Decline AI processing and use manual edit mode instead
- Withdraw consent at any time via Settings → AI Data Processing
- Re-enable AI processing by granting consent again
