- Authentication data from third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple)
- Payment and subscription information processed by Apple App Store and Google Play
Content Data
- Video clips you upload for editing
- Project metadata (titles, settings, edit plans)
- Rendered output videos
Usage Data
- Device information and operating system
- App usage patterns and feature interactions
- Crash reports and error logs
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our video editing services
- To process your video clips and generate edit plans
- To manage your account and subscription

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Video content is stored temporarily for processing and rendered outputs are available for download. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
5. Third-Party Processing Services
When you consent to content processing, your video content may be analysed by third-party cloud services:
Visual Analysis
- Data received: Video frames extracted from your uploaded videos
- Purpose: Visual analysis to identify scenes, subjects, and key moments
- Retention: Processed in real-time; not retained after processing
Speech Transcription
- Data received: Audio tracks extracted from your videos
- Purpose: Speech-to-text transcription for subtitles and captions
- Retention: Audio is immediately discarded after processing
Your videos are processed solely to provide the editing service and are not used for training models or shared for advertising purposes.
6. Consent and Content Processing
Before your video content is sent to third-party processing services, you will be asked to provide explicit consent through a detailed consent dialog. You may:
- Decline processing and use manual edit mode instead
- Withdraw consent at any time via Settings → Data Processing
- Re-enable processing by granting consent again
7. Data Retention

| Uploaded clips | Active projects: up to 30 days. Stale projects (30–60 days inactive): source clips deleted, renders retained. Archived projects (60+ days inactive): all media assets deleted. |

Deleted projects enter a 7-day grace period during which all associated media can be recovered. After 7 days, all Cloudinary assets (clips and renders) are permanently purged and the project record is removed.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
