1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VidsCut (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. VidsCut reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

VidsCut provides a video editing platform that allows users to upload video clips, receive automated analysis and editing suggestions, and render finished videos. The Service is available as a mobile application (iOS and Android) and a web application at www.vidscut.com.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all video content you upload to VidsCut. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscriptions & Payments

VidsCut offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective app store terms. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies.

7. Service Limitations

• Video merge limits vary by subscription tier
• Maximum of 10 clips per project
• Maximum total duration of 10 minutes per project
• Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
• Processing times may vary based on server load

8. Intellectual Property

The VidsCut name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VidsCut. The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidsCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or web platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
